These pages have no contact form, newsletter signup, booking system, payment service, advertising pixels or audience analytics. Photos, Instagram post images and fonts are served with the website. The Instagram posts are static images, not embedded social-media widgets.

The hosting and security providers handle technical data to deliver and protect the service. Any sign-in required by the hosting platform is handled by that platform, not by an Alant Nutrition account system.
3. Contacting Toula
If you send an email or Instagram message, Toula receives the identity and contact details you provide and the content of your message, to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you request. Email is handled by Alant Nutrition’s email service provider, whose details are still to be confirmed; Instagram messages are handled through Instagram/Meta. Their services have their own privacy rules.
Do not include medical records or detailed health information in an initial email or social-media message. Ask Toula to agree an appropriate way of sharing information before sending it. Any consultation and associated health-data processing require separate information appropriate to that service.
4. Storage and external services
The website itself does not create a client database. Messages are held in the communication service used to contact Toula. Hosting providers also maintain their own service and security records.
Provider processing can take place outside Switzerland. The applicable recipient entities, processing countries, transfer safeguards and exact retention periods for enquiries and hosting records must still be confirmed before this draft is finalised. These details are not determined by a cookie notice.
For the providers’ own processing, consult OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy, together with the privacy information for the email and Instagram services used for your enquiry.
